I have lost 30 lbs since starting these meals, which certainly is a plus, however one of the great things about ordering from the website is that we do not throw unnecessary food away that is bought and then sits in the refrigerator until we can think of what to have for dinner. We are real estate agents and have an extremely busy schedule and how great it is to come home and within 20-30 minutes our gourmet meal is on a plate and we sit together and have a toast to the Chef!!!
