Since 1999, European Personal Chef has been giving families more time to enjoy life and reduce stress by freeing them from the tiresome shopping,
preparation and cleanup of gourmet meals during the work week or for an in home event. As professionally
trained personal and private chefs, we nurture body and soul by using only healthy, fresh, preservative free
ingredients.

Personal Chef Julio Nascimento, a Portuguese native, has been in the
industry since 1977, and has several career and life accomplishments:
He received two diplomas in Culinary Arts in Europe
and
the USA studying under the direction of two Master Chef’s
He received the Presidential Award from Los Angeles Culinary Institute
(highest award given only 3x in school history)
A Certified Personal Chef and also holds the
ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (premier level
sanitation certification)
Has owned two successful restaurants in Europe and was the Executive Chef at
Ragazzi Ristorante in Long Beach
Worked on 5 star cruise liners Royal Caribbean and Crystal
Cruises
A former member of the United States Personal Chef National
Advisory Council
Speaks Portuguese, French, Spanish, German and English
Was the National European Badminton Champion 3yrs in a row
